PERSONAL INSTRUCTION

At some point during this course, you may or may not find the need for personal
instruction. Should you find the need for personal instruction in order to make
things more clearly for you, or because you have failed a quiz or the final exam,
we offer this option. You may retake any chapter quiz on your own without having
additional personal instruction; however, should you fail the final exam, you may
need personal instruction. This is an option for you and is not mandatory; however,
could be very helpful to you.
There is an additional fee for personal instruction in the amount of $50.00 per
hour for a group session and $125.00 per hour for a one on one session, and the
instruction is performed via telephone. Should that need arise, please email info@transcriptioncertificationinstitute.com,
and a representative will contact you to set up a schedule time for your instruction.

There are no hidden fees once you pay the initial course fee of $799.00. Personal
instruction is not mandatory and is optional. It is a courtesy we provide for you, you should find yourself needing help with any of the study materials.
